They were very informative and they have a lot going on there. Hiking trails, ATV trails, waterfall trails, shooting range. I will be going back....bringing friends. Looking forward to some hiking to the falls.

I've camped several times in this forest, both on primitive campgrounds and dispersion camping. The forests are beautiful, and the rangers are friendly and helpful. For dispersion camping there are some regulations you need to follow. There are black bears reported in the area however we have not seen or encountered any problems from them. These forests are beautiful to both drive through and camp in.

Great place to visit any time of the year. We were there in fall so of course the colors of the leaves were amazing!

Get out and enjoy nature. It's free. Plenty of places to walk/ hike. Most of the area is flat so the walks are more enjoyable. Bring bug spray and be mindful of hunters during hunting season.

We enjoyed the local hospitality so much we are planning a weekend trip this fall. The views are out standing, especially being a hobbyist photographer.

What a pleasant place to pass through.
